Do it Now Now’s 2021-2022 Impact Report

We are very happy to present our 2021 - 2022 Impact Report. This document, in addition to showing the work we have done over this period, includes our updated Theory of Change, our user-centered ASAP Methodology, an overview of our initiatives' work, and for the first time, we present the Racial Justice Index.

The Black impact sector needs support in order to find true equity. Last month, we released our cost of living report, A Desert without Resources, a sobering look into the current financial crisis that the sector is undergoing. Do it Now Now, despite our successes and relative position, is by no means immune, and the ways in which we can continue to provide positive impact will evolve with the current landscape. 

The insights contained in this impact report are a reflection of Do it Now Now and how we are progressing towards our vision; to be the Black community's foremost champion, enabling the systemic development and co-production of equitable opportunities and outcomes for Black people.
