Side Hustle Support

Free ignition to start your business.

Side Hustle Support is an online business growth support prorgramme and gives you all the tools and resources you need to bring an idea to life. Spread over 6 weeks, this course helps you go from zero to ready-to-launch in 24 hours collectively. ​All you need is 24 hours to build something great. That's 4 hours a week, over 6 weeks, to build a strong side hustle foundation. 

Starting Up

Your idea could change lives.

Starting Up is a call to all new Black-owned businesses and non-profits with a mission to better their communities. This programme supports idea-stage organisations with intentional 1-2-1 guidance from experts, mindful coworking spaces, and most importantly a community of people working on their own ideas and willing to encourage each other. Organisations will be provided all the resources on financial literacy skills and business structure know-hows to foster a thriving ecosystem of Black-led businesses wanting to engage well within the systems in which they exist.

Build, Hustle, Grow

The fundamentals of early-stage development.

Build, Hustle, Grow is designed to support early-stage Black-led businesses and non-profits solving issues within the communities they serve. The programme provides the financial tools and know-how that young businesses need to nurture scalable organisations built to last. Beyond business models, the support also prioritises developing skills in financial management so that participants can level up their business toolkit and feel more confident navigating their business’s landscape.

Innovate Now

Develop your enterprise.

Innovate Now is positioned to give direct, intentional support to Black-led charities and social enterprises, by empowering them to position their organisations for growth. This programme understands the nuances of Black communities working to find funding for their much-needed services. Through financial support and expert guidance, successful applicants can move into their next stage of operations with improved investment readiness and organisational traction, creating the best possible future for their organisation and their service users.

Make it Big

Get investment ready.

Make it Big addresses the gap in the sector for supporting social investment readiness and systems change for Black and Global Majority-led charities and social enterprises. Existing non-profits need support to grow sustainably and through this programme they can co-produce equitable systems benefiting themselves and the sector. These organisations will be empowered to engage directly with decision makers in their ecosystems, putting them on the path to innovate their organisations as well as the landscape of Black and Global-Majority leadership.

Big Business

Building big futures.

Big Business elevates existing Black and Global Majority-led non-profits and social enterprises. The programme supports organisations that are already accruing substantial revenue by helping them fortify and sustain their operations ensuring a long and impactful future. Resources and expert guidance offer in depth discussions, knowledge sharing, and 1-2-1 guidance with the focus being on assets, wealth building, and succession planning. Organisations will scale for a future that sees many Black and Global Majority-led charities and social enterprises thriving as they change the systems in which they exist.
