Our Manifesto

Investing in the Future of London’s Black Community.

We invite you to participate in this groundbreaking work.

Through our programmes and advocacy we drive the change needed to support, empower, and equip Black communities to thrive in the systems in which we all exist.

Our Manifesto

There is an imbalance in the struggles faced by Black community leaders and their non-Black counterparts. This inequality epidemic has directly affected the health and wealth of the UK’s Black community, who contribute enormously to the economic and cultural spirit of the country. This crisis is too often neglected and we need to rebuild the systems in which we exist in order to provide permanent equity and thrive as a collective. All are welcome to participate in building this future.

Do it Now Now (DiNN) is a young, vibrant, future-focused, London-based social impact organisation, enabling the systemic development and co-production of equitable opportunities and outcomes for Black people. Through our programmes and advocacy we support the ambitions of Black people who work together to create opportunities for lasting positive change across local communities in London.

While several programmes have been undertaken over the past decades to address the myriad challenges to the Black community, these have proven insufficient in suitably redressing the systemic inequalities the community faces.  Since 2019, DiNN has been providing award-winning services to the Black community in the UK, with much of our work being delivered in Greater London. We believe that a just future is only possible if the barriers that limit effective contribution to society are significantly reduced for Black people.

By 2030, our campaign, London Now Now, will lead to 30,000 Black Londoners becoming pillars of the voluntary sector in their local community.

We empower leaders in the Black community by delivering meaningful solutions to London’s passionate leaders and changemakers. Through capacity building and advocacy, we give individuals the skills and resources to build resilient and impactful community-driven enterprises.

Our work is driven by the following core principles:

Theory of Change

We are the Black community’s foremost champion enabling the systematic development and co-production of equitable opportunities and outcomes for Black people.
